Orders

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept any form of insurance.

How do I cancel my order? 

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer support team directly at (888) 841-6255. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.

Do I have to have an account to order from you?

You are not required to have an account to place an order on DiabeticMall.com. To place your order without an account, click Checkout as Guest when prompted to log in or register.

 

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship FREE and take 3-5 business days to be delivered. If you need your supplies sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee based on weight and destination.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders out of our warehouse in Deerfield Beach, FL.

How many days will it take to receive my item(s)?

Most orders placed before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday ship the same day. Depending on your location, you should receive these items within 3 to 6 business days.

What if my shipment says it was delivered but isn’t there?

We apologize for the inconvenience! In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us at (888) 841-6255 and we will be happy to investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Do you ship outside the U.S.A?

No, we only offer shipping within the United States and select U.S. territories including the 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination of the order.

Can I pay for my order with PayPal?

Yes, you can use PayPal to pay for your order.

 

Returns

What is Diabetic Mall's return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, products may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged), with some exceptions. You can read our return policy here.
